A 33-year-old Antrim man charged with causing grievous bodily harm to his brother in Australia has been granted changes to his bail conditions.

Barry Lyttle requested leave to stay closer to the hospital where his 31-year-old brother Patrick is being treated.

Patrick Lyttle was allegedly punched in the head by his older brother following a minor disagreement outside a nightclub on January 3rd.

His condition was initially described as critical, but he has since regained consciousness and has been taken out of the intensive care unit.

Barry Lyttle is due back in court on February 17th.
