Pro-choice campaigners have taken to the streets of Dublin city today calling for changes to abortion laws here.
The 4th Annual March for Choice is being organised by the Abortion Rights Campaign.
Following the event Tanaiste Joan Burton has said the Labour party will fight for a referendum on the 8th Amendment if re-elected:
Organisers of the demonstration asked participants to bring wheelie suitcases with them, to highlight the number of women who travel abroad from Ireland to access terminations.
They highlighted that the march will be the last March for Choice before the next general election, and said "securing our vote will mean making a commitment to Repeal the 8th Amendment, so that we can take a step closer to securing free, safe and legal access to abortion in Ireland."
The march began at the Garden of Remembrance at 2pm this afternoon, with people assembling from 1.30pm.

Meanwhile the Labour Women group says the Taoiseach is ignoring his responsibilities to the women of Ireland with regards to abortion laws.
Members of the Labour Party, including the Minister for Equality Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, will be taking part in the March for Choice today.
Labour Women are also calling for the issue of a referendum on the 8th Amendment to be a priority for political parties heading into the next general election.
Earlier this month Enda Kenny said no referendum would be held until a replacement for the 8th Amendment is carefully considered.
