Aer Lingus has posted profits of €29 million for the first half of 2013, down 8% on last year's figures.
The airline says the drop is partly because of Easter falling early this year.
Aer Lingus, however, did say that revenues are up by 6% to just under €400 million.

That's because of higher fares a big increase in the number of passengers flying to the United States.
Aer Lingus CEO Christoph Mueller, speaking to Business Editor Ian Guider, says the numbers are positive.
