The Abortion Rights Campaign is seeking free, safe and legal abortion for all women living in Ireland.

Thousands of demonstrators marched through Dublin city centre this afternoon, with wheelie suitcases, to represent those forced to travel for a termination.

The group is calling on the Government to repeal the 8th amendment.

Reacting to today's demonstration, Pro Life Campaign spokesperson, Dr. Ruth Cullen said,

"There will be no space at today’s march for the stories of the thousands of Irish women who travelled to England for abortion and deeply regret their decision".
