The chief executive of the Russian Premier League has been caught on camera in a foul-mouthed rant before a news conference to unveil a "Stop Swearing" campaign T-shirt.

In the video clip you can see and hear Sergei Cheban saying: "Where is the ****ing T-shirt, the Stop Swearing one, which I asked about?”

He is addressing his colleague Sergey Alekseyev, the head of public relations: "****ing hell, you are going ****ing slowly."

His sweary Mary antics were in hushed tones but the microphones picked up the audio and naturally it was released to the public via the internet. Red faces all round!

Later, in an interview with Soviet Sport newspaper, Mr Cheban said that the footage should never have been leaked online and admitted that he "sometimes swears, but very rarely".
