John Balmer, 50, was arrested at a Kmart department store in Hudson, Florida on Tuesday, according to the Pasco County Sherriff’s Office, who posted a photo of Balmer wearing an apt t-shirt on its Facebook page.

His top logo was “Who needs drugs? No, seriously, I have drugs.”

He attempted to hand drugs to a man behind him in a department store queue, according to a police report.

This didn’t deter him from continuing on with his shopping though but unfortunately for him he allegedly dropped a bag containing marijuana and methamphetamine on the floor of the shop.
