A court in northern France has barred a couple from calling their baby Nutella, after the famous Italian chocolate spread, because "it isn't in the child's best interest".

The parents were so fond of the Italian treat but the judge said the child "risked being mocked" and that it wasn’t in her best interest.

Instead, the couple has had to settle for Ella.

A little more sensible we can all agree!
