What would you do if you found it hard to sell your house?

One Detroit man opted to try something a little different. He has declared that he is willing to trade his home for an iPhone 6 or a 32GB iPad, according to his estate agent.

“It’s a real listing,” estate agent Larry Else told FOX 2. “It sounds like he wants the premium version [iPhone 6 Plus], but I’m sure that he’s willing to negotiate.”

If prospective homeowners don’t have an iPhone 6, they can pay $3,000 for the three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath — down from $5,000 when it was listed for sale in June, according to Zillow.com.

To be fair, it's not what you'd describe as a dream home!
