My two-year-old keeps taking off her pyjamas and nappy in the middle of the night, goes back to sleep and then nature calls. We have resorted to sewing her PJs on, any advice?

This isn’t much of a puzzler is it?

Make sure the room is ventilated and that the room temperature is comfortable. Make sure the child’s pyjamas are a light cotton, breathable material. Make sure bed clothes such as blankets and bed toys are not blocking the flow of air.

You might want to keep the door open to assure better air flow. You might also want to think about the scent of the detergent you are using since some children are sensitive to certain scents.

Basically just try to manipulate the environment, make sure your child is comfortable at night and see how things go.
