Paolo Tullio, Michelin-starred chef and celebrated food writer, passed away last Friday. He was a beloved contributor for five years to the Moncrieff show's food slot, which takes place every Thursday at 3pm.

This week, as Paolo was being laid to rest at a ceremony in Trinity College, guest host Tara Duggan dedicated the segment to some of Paolo's best bits, capturing the warmth and passion for food – and indeed life – that Paolo brought to the show for five years.
