Latest official figures show that across Ireland more than 14,000 bikes were stolen between January 2016 and June 2018, with 10 going missing every day in the capital.

It’s become such a problem that many people cite it as a reason to not cycle.

Susan Keogh is joined by Richie Oakley,  cyclist and editor of The Ireland edition of The Times, to discuss.
