Planning permission has been refused for a Supervised Injection Centre in Merchants Quay,  Dublin today. We were joined today by Independent Dublin City Councillor Cieran Perry and Dr Garrett McGovern, GP specialising in substance abuse at the Priority Medical Clinic.
