Ballsbridge's iconic newspaper and coffee kiosk is to be offered for sale as an investment for €200,000 by CBRE.

The Kiosk is currently let to Silverskin Coffee Roasters who pay €15,600 rent - its short term lease runs out in January 2017.

With these rates investors can expect a return of 7.5 percent.

It is located at the busy junction where Lansdowne Road, Pembroke Road and Northumberland Road meet on the south edge of Dublin's city center. The coffee shop extends to 3.4 sq m.

Natalie Brennan of CBRE told Irish Times that she expects to attract investors looking for the income stream offered by the property - and that some investors will be interested in the branding opportunities that the Kiosk offers.
