More than 100 companies are taking to Twitter today to help fill jobs.

Firms across Ireland, the UK, Netherlands, Germany and France are using the hashtag #YourJob to connect with potential candidates for the positions they have available.

#JobFair is aimed at giving companies, recruiters and potential candidates their voice through the social media network.

They will be advertising jobs, sharing their tips and trips for job searching - as well giving candidates the opportunity to ask the questions they have.

In Ireland, companies such as KPMG and Web Summit will be engaging in conversations with users to tell job seekers what they look for when hiring.

While recruiting companies CPL, Jobbio, Zartis and Irish Jobs will be sharing their tops tips.

Of course, Twitter will also be joining in on the conversation - showcasing the positions they have across Europe.
