Tridia Studio's gorgeous puzzle game 'Shadowmatic' to the sleek stock trading app 'Robinhood', Apple honoured 12 of what they believe to be the best apps of the year.
Apple announced the winners at this year's Worldwide Developers Conference, where they recognise the best work done by outside developers.
There were two student winners 'Elementary Minute' and 'jump-O'. Elementary Minute sees users tasked in a fast-paced quiz game while jump-O is a hand-drawn, minimalist puzzle game.
Some of the awarded apps were developed, unsurprisingly, for Apple Watch. They included music-mixing app Pacemaker and personal automation tool, Workflow.
