iOS10 brought a host new features to iPhone. Many were welcomed by Apple owners, but some have started to irritate users. We told you before about how to turn off "voice control", but many have asked about disabling the iMessage effects.
Ask and you shall receive.
What started out as a cute feature, has now become the source of headaches for iPhone owners. It would appear that not everyone wants lasers shooting and balloons floating across their screens.
This feature is called "Message Effects". If you want to disable it, you can follow these steps.
Step 1. Settings > General.
Step 2. Tap on Accessibility > Reduce Motion.
Step 3. Turn on Reduce Motion > Enable/Disable Auto-play Message Effects
