Newstalk is delighted to be working with the Office of the Dublin Commissioner for Startups to help five innovative start ups to continue on their business journeys.

As part of the first ever sales and marketing fellowship for start-ups in Dublin, a competition was held in late March for five companies to participate in a virtual programme.

The chosen startups have products, customers, early revenue and the potential to scale globally.

These Irish companies, targeting the US East Coast markets, have three months to hone their marketing, business development, funding and sales skills with one-on-one help from a New York-based, industry-leading ERA mentor.

The five successful companies were:

  • Legal Shine - It uses new technologies to offer a new way for organisations to manage and control legal spending.

  • Indigo Connect They've developed next-generation software to make airport to city journeys easier.

  • Love & Robots - An online gift shop where you can buy 3D printed or customisable jewellery, coasters, phone cases and clocks.

  • BizimplyThe start-up helps companies track employees and schedule their work - Bono is an early investor.

  • Logo Grab - An augmented reality marketing company.

This programme is a collaboration between the Office of the Dublin Commissioner for Startups and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in New York City, and is sponsored by Newstalk.
