Domino’s Pizza has sold 4.8 percent more pizzas in Ireland during the first eight weeks of 2015 - when compared with the same period last year.
In the UK the firm reported double digit growth in 2014 - it says that investment in its online platform and a number of successful additions to its menu have driven this growth.
Like-for-like sales in British outlets that have been open for more than 12 months increased by 11.3 percent in 2014.
This trend has continued into the new year, like-for-like sales are up by an impressive 9.5 percent in the first eight weeks of 2015.
The market's reaction to the company's results has been predictably positive - shares are up by 6.9 percent.

The company served more than 75m pizzas last year between the UK, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland.
Its chief executive, David Wild predicts that this performance will continue in 2015:
"We look forward with continued optimism. We have a great brand and a strong plan; the year has started promisingly, but there are tough competitors to beat, so we will not get complacent and will continue to ensure Domino’s remains the number one pizza brand in the UK."
