Ulster Bank experienced problems processing some payments overnight and this morning, including the transfer of customer's wages - but the Irish Bank says that these issues have been resolved.
"We are sorry customers experienced delays in credits they were expecting to receive on 13th January 2017. We can confirm all credits have now been applied to customer accounts. If you have any queries please visit your local Branch or contact us on 1850 424 365, if calling from abroad please call 00353 1804 7475," the bank said.

While the majority of payments wemt through successfully, some customers woke up with lower balances than they were expecting.
Emergency cash was made available for customers who missed-out on payments.
