It's opening its doors just in time for Christmas...
Penney's has opened the doors of a shiny new store in Dublin's Liffey Valley shopping centre - this is its 37th outlet in Ireland.
It houses 53,900 square feet of retail space over three floors - and promises to offer shoppers "the latest trends in women’s, men’s and children’s fashions including footwear, accessories as well as lingerie and homeware."
The store is part of a new western end €26m investment for Liffey Valley Shopping Centre’s retail, leisure and community facilities, including six new restaurants, a cinema upgrade and a new civic space.
Gerry Butler, Sales Director ROI, Primark said the company is "thrilled" to open the new shop.
"This is an important opening for us and we look forward to welcoming our customers to Penneys Liffey Valley," he commented.
Denis O’Connell, Centre Director at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, said: "Penneys represents an exciting new phase in the development of Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and we welcome Penneys to the Liffey Valley family."
Primark continues its expansion with the opening of its sixth store in the US tomorrow (Wednesday 7th December) in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Two more stores will open on Thursday December 8th in Hamburg, Germany and York Coppergate in the UK.
These will be followed by new shops in Brescia, Italy and Paris, France next week.
