If you're stuck for storage space on your phone, there are a number of steps you can take that will help free up some of those precious MBs. 

First up, you can delete Instagram. Instagram is easily my favourite social media platform, but thanks to the team at the image sharing firm, you no longer need to have the app to use the service. Just this week it was announced that users can upload photos from a mobile browser. 

This is what the site looks like on a mobile device. 

As you can see, it looks very similar to the app interface. As of this week, you can upload images, just like the app, but you save yourself a decent chunk of storage space.

This is incredibly useful for those with 16GB iPhones or devices that do not take micro SD memory cards.
