Gardaí are investigating after a number of shots were fired at a house on Dublin's northside.

The incident occurred shortly before 6am on St. Attracta Road in Cabra.

Shots were fired at the front of the house, but no injuries have been reported.

Gardai have not made any arrests and the scene is sealed off pending a forensic investigation.
