The government has allocated €4.3 million for traveller accommodation and support in 2015, down from €70 million in 2008. On Monday's Pat Kenny Show, we look at the reality of living conditions for the traveller community and discuss what more can be done.

Pat went to a traveller halting site in Finglas, Dublin, to speak to people living there about the conditions they are faced with on a daily basis. Many of the homes have electric cables left uncovered in the outdoors and children are forced to play in unsafe areas surrounded by debris.

However, despite calls for improved conditions, many Irish people are concerned about traveller halting sites being set up in their communities.

Take a look below through some images taken at the site and be sure to tune in on Monday from 10am and have your say on what needs to be done by commenting using #PKNT.
