A man has died and three other people have been injured following a crash in Co Dublin last night.
The two-car collision happened on the Skerries Road, Rush near the intersection with St Catherine's Estate at around 11.30pm.
The 35-year-old driver and sole occupant of one of the cars was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was removed to the mortuary at James Connolly Memorial Hospital.
The three occupants of the second car - a 24-year-old woman, and two men aged 45 and 28 - were injured.
They were taken to Beaumont and James Connolly Memorial hospitals, where their conditions are described as serious but non life threatening.
A forensic examination is being carried out, and the road remains closed this morning.
