A bride-to-be has won more than €120,000 in the National Lottery.
The Dublin winner arrived at Lottery HQ this morning to collect her cheque for €120,409.
She matched five numbers plus the bonus number in the Lotto draw on Wednesday April 6th.
The winner, who wishes to keep the win private, bought her €5 Quick Pick ticket in Spar, Ballybrit in Parkmore, Co Galway.
She discovered the win this morning while buying a scratchcard - but was in disbelief until a colleague in work confirmed it for her on the lotto website.
The regular player says she plans to "make life a little easier" by paying down her mortgage, upgrading both her own and her fiancée's car and expanding the guest list for her upcoming wedding.
Most importantly, she plans a minor splurge on a great wedding band: "That's the best part of a wedding, so I want a band that'll get people moving".
Wednesday's draw also produced a second Match 5 and bonus winner, who has yet to come forward.
The winning ticket for that was sold in Lifford, Co Donegal. The ticket holder has 90 days to claim their prize.
