Coffee firm Nespresso has opened a new Nespresso boutique in Arnotts Department Store.

The pop up outlet is being put in place for the Christmas season.

The firm says it will complement the range of machines and accessories available at Arnotts.

Francisco Nogueira, Nespresso UK & Ireland managing director, said: "We're excited to be hosting this new boutique in Arnotts.

"We have seen fantastic growth across Ireland and we receive almost daily requests for more boutiques to open."

Nespresso has four Irish outlets: two in Dublin, one in Cork and another in Limerick.

The outlet in Dublin's Brown Thomas store saw a record €6m turnover in 2013.

Nespresso operates in 62 countries and has more than 10,500 employees.
