A study's found almost three-quarters of people can't name a symptom of pancreatic cancer.
The disease is expected to overtake breast cancer as the fourth deadliest cancer in the UK by the year 2030.
However signs of it - which include itchy skin, weight loss and stomach pain - can be hard to spot.
Meanwhile, scientists are also reporting that a new urine test may detect pancreatic cancer at an early stage. Usually symptoms don't appear until a late stage of the disease.
It is hoped that early detection of the illness may help with effective treatment.
