This morning's OTB AM will cheer up a slightly grey morning with some of the finest sporting action that one could possibly hope for.

Ger Gilroy and Eoin Sheahan will be in situ to discuss the aftermath of our special on Donegal V Dublin and the GAA, and where this will likely end up. We will also be taking a good look through this morning's sports pages as everyone gets ready for a bumper weekend of footballing action from Russia, as England prepare to face Sweden, while Russia, Croatia, France, Uruguay, Brazil and Belgium all prepare for what the fates have in store.

Enda McGinley and Niall McCoy will be on the line to discuss matters closer to home, as the football qualifiers loom into view this weekend. Tune in from 7:45 on all of our social channels to hear their thoughts.

Russian-based journalist Bryan McDowell will be on the line to tell us what the World Cup has done for the country, and what prospects there are for the home nation to go all the way.

Nathan Murphy will join us from Ballyliffin as the golfers prepare to tee off today.

Irish sailors have a chance to bag the very first guaranteed places at the 2020 Olympics in any sport at the World Championships which begin later this month in Denmark. We spoke to Aoife Hopkins, Finn Lynch and Liam Glynn ahead of the games. We also spoke to James O'Callaghan, Sailing Performance Director, who had some pretty interesting things to say about how Sailing Ireland goes about spotting sailors who have the potential to make it to the Olympics.

All that and more on this morning's OTB AM live in association with Screwfix.ie, and as usual you can get your comments and thoughts into us on Facebook by following Off The Ball.

You can watch OTB AM from 7:45 every weekday morning on our Facebook, YouTube and Periscope channels. If you would like to see more sporting videos, like and subscribe any of our pages or log onto offtheball.com.
