As the 2018 World Cup looms, we had an anniversary to celebrate here in Ireland: the Boys in Green's first ever major tournament.

It's 30 years since Ireland made its major tournament bow at Euro 88 and tonight, Ireland legends Ray Houghton, Ronnie Whelan and Kevin Moran were with us at Vicar Street for the OTB Roadshow in association with BoyleSports to reminisce and look back at their own contributions to a summer that saw Ireland beat England en route to almost making it to the semi finals.

Plus, we were also joined by Celtic legends Alan Thompson and Jackie McNamara to talk all things Hoops related.

In addition, Ireland and Leeds legend John Giles was also be on hand.
