Croke Park is changing the game when it comes to delivering sustainable meetings, conferences and events year round.

Depending on the time of your event, from breakfast meetings to banquets and bespoke fine dining, you’ll choose from a Spring/Summer menu or an Autumn/Winter menu.

Seasonal, Sustainable, Sensational

The venue is committed to using fresh ingredients which are locally sourced.

All menus at Croke Park Meetings & Events are now seasonal, which means putting local produce at the heart of each dish, creating exceptional meals from the nourishing produce growing in proximity to the stadium.

Every single dish has a carbon ‘foodprint’ score, plus details of all allergens, so that your choice is always an informed one.

Seasonally Inspired, Locally Acquired

85% of all ingredients are sourced from the island of Ireland.

While a massive 70% are sourced from within just 50 miles of the stadium, hence the innovative new '50 Mile Menu'.

The 50 Mile Menu is the result of a talented team that are not only changing the face of stadium food, but pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in terms of both catering and sustainable menus.

It’s now possible to build your entire event menu from The 50 Mile Menu offering.

All 50 Mile Menu dishes come with a guarantee that every single ingredient used has been sourced within 50 miles of the stadium, including from Croke Park’s own farm.

In terms of flavour, it doesn’t get fresher than this. And in terms of sustainability, it doesn’t get better than this either.

Sustainability Champions

Croke Park takes sustainability as seriously as sports. Not only is Croke Park a world-class stadium, it is also proud to be a world leader in sustainable events.

Purchased in North County Dublin in 2018 it is used to grow turf for pitch quality and control.

However, having farmland presents new sustainability opportunities for Croke Park's menus, which the venue has embraced.

It is small scale for now, but for example, through a collaboration with Fingal Beekeepers’ Association, they have beehives on the farm producing the most incredible tasting local honey.

Local Suppliers, Incredible Freshness

The spirit of teamwork is not just central to the games played at Croke Park, it’s central to partnerships at every turn.

Croke Park suppliers are all handpicked for their quality, standards, traceability, authenticity and the unmistakable flavour of their produce.

By continuously bringing local producers like these into the supply chain, Croke Park can champion sustainability, local connections and local success stories on a daily basis.

50 Mile Menu suppliers include: Boyne Valley Meats, McCarthey’s Strawberry Farm, Hugh Maguire Butcher, Taylor’s of Lusk, Kish Fish, Iona Fruit Farm, Ballymooney Foods, John Thorne of Lusk, Kerrigan’s Mushrooms and Garden of Eden Herbs.

All 100 meeting rooms and eight large suits can cater for intimate board meetings for ten or a gala for 5,000 guests, for a wide range of industries including construction, government departments, financial industries and tech companies.
