Welsh athlete Rhys Williams has described himself as 'devastated' after failing a drugs test.
The test was failed at the Glasgow Grand Prix on July 11th, but he denies knowingly taking a banned substance.
The European 400 metre hurdles champion will now not compete in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

He is the second Welsh competitor to suffer the same fate, with 800 metre runner Gareth Warburton withdrawn from the team before the Games started.
