Jonny Sexton may be leaving Racing Metro for Leinster at the end of the season, but his coach Ronan O'Gara feels he has benefited greatly from working with the player.

The Munster legend who is in his second year coaching at Racing Metro joined us on Off The Ball.

"What is great is having Jonny Sexton in the same environment because Jonny is hugely driven and demanding. He's certainly not a nodding dog so whether it's me or another coach, he'll stop you in your tracks and question you. That's fantastic because irrespective of who you are, there's never a day goes by where you don't learn," said O'Gara.

ROG also opened up about how he is developing as a coach from a human and technical point of view.

He also revealed which has been tougher mentally: playing for Munster or coaching at Metro?

"I have to present on the defence but I'm also interested in the attack because that's what rugby is essentially about. That's the great thing over there, that you're not boxed into your area of so-called work, because in the Irish model you're very much restricted."
