The Dublin footballers beat Meath at Croke Park on Sunday with a score of 3-20 to 1-10, taking the Leinster Champion title.

As per usual, the Dublin players took a lap of honour carrying the cup and celebrating with fans.

One of the players noticed one of their very special fans in the crowd, celebrating on her father's shoulders.

So the whole team made their way over to Molly McNally, the team's five-year-old 'super fan' who suffers from neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer.

Molly hasn't let her condition stop her going to as many Dublin games as she can.

Paul Flynn, Cian O’Sullivan and James McCarthy all chatted to Molly and even gave her the chance to hold the cup.
