West Ham United played their final game in Upton Park on Tuesday night after a 112-year residence in the East London venue.

Slaven Bilic's side came from a goal down in the second half to win their final game at the ground, 3-2 against Manchester United. Winston Reid scored the stadium's final goal.

After the game fans decided to take a souvenir from the ground, by ripping out signs and seats from the famous stadium, as a final memento of the venue.

The Premier League side move to the Olympic Stadium next season, and have already sold more that 50,000 season tickets for their opening season in the Olympic Park.

Upton Park is only located less than three miles from their new home, but the differences are stark. The Olympic Stadium will have all of the state-of-the-art facilities and will catapult West Ham into one of the top clubs in England.

Despite Upton Park's closure, fans of the team will all leave with memories of the famous ground. By the look of it, some left with a little more too.
