A new deadline of January 31st has been set by the Regional Rugby Wales clubs to resolve issues with the Welsh Rugby Union.
As expected, last night's deadline passed on signing the existing participation agreement between the two bodies.
The Ospreys, Scarlets, Cardiff Blues and Newport Gwent Dragons felt unable to sign with the future of the European Cup and Pro-12 league uncertain.

RRW says it has a strong desire to work with the WRU, but will now pursue further competition options.
