29-year-old GAA star Wayne Hutchinson from Waterford, has written publicly about his experiences with depression.
Wayne has played both senior hurling and football for his county, following through on a dream he's had since he was a child.
But for many years he has often struggled to find happiness, and at the age of 18, he was diagnosed with depression.

He joined us on Lunchtime today to tell us about his experience, in the hope that it may help others to talk about their emotional health.
