Two weeks ago we saw Davy Fitzgerald challenge the Waterford hurlers to take part in the Crossbar Challenge for charity.

Waterford selector Dan Shanahan and the players took up the challenge, by trying to raise money for Pieta House. What is clear from both the Clare and Waterford videos is the pin point accuracy inter county players need to have.  

The camaraderie in the Waterford camp seems to be excellent too as the players seemed to be in great spirits during the challenge.

While the success rate is high in the video, hitting the crossbar 14 times and raising €700 for charity, it's worth watching Passage star Pa Walsh successfully execute a trick shot at the very end.

Shanahan has now passed the baton on to near neighbours Wexford to take part in the challenge.
