As the busy Christmas fixture list gets underway on St. Stephen's Day, the Sky Sports pundit crew were on duty on Sunday morning to provide some festive cheer.

They took on a selection from the Soccer AM presenters and crew in a volley challenge, with some of the former players displaying the skills that helped them pay the bills for their careers in the game. 

Despite a few misses, Jamie Carragher, Matt Le Tisser and Jamie Redknapp were all on target, while David Jones also slammed a few home to bring their total to eight. 

The Soccer AM crew were unable to match that tally, with Carragher crediting much of the win afterwards to the fact that it was Jones in place of Ed Chamberlain on their team.
