The eyes of the rugby world will be focused on Paris, Edinburgh and Dublin this weekend as the Six Nations gets underway.

Saturday afternoon sees a double header as Italy travel to France, and Scotland welcome England to Edinburgh for the Calcutta Cup game. On Sunday, reigning champions Ireland host Wales to conclude Round 1.

The 2015 tournament failed to ignite until the final day when both Ireland and England had to win by large margins to try and chase down Wales' target after they easily defeated Italy in the days' opening game.

Of course, Ireland ended up victorious for the second year in a row as England were unable to beat France by 27 points, falling an agonising seven short.

It's well worth looking back on last years tournament ahead of what will hopefully be a memorable 15 matches over the coming month and a half.
