The Irish Three Day Eventing team have finished in eighth place overall after the show-jumping competition today.

Clear rounds for Jonty Evans and Clare Abbott as well as just eight faults from Mark Kyle means that Ireland moved up one spot following yesterday's cross country leg.

However, the clear round from Evans means that he is now set to contest the individual show-jumping final and will start in 13th overall.
