Canadian rapper Drake seems to be taking his role as Toronto Raptors Global Ambassador very seriously. 

The 29-year-old is an ardent fan of his hometown team and on Monday night he was courtside as the Raptors lost by two points to the Chicago Bulls.

With less than 30 seconds left in the match, Drake can clearly be seen on the sideline speaking to the Bulls' Justin Holiday trying to distract him. The tactic worked as Holiday was penalised for a five-second violation giving the ball back to Toronto.

Drake's tactics seemed to not go far enough as Toronto left it too late to try and grab the win. Whether the Drake-Holiday rivalry matches that of Spike Lee and Reggie Miller remains to be seen.
