Wales out-half Dan Biggar says he will be toning down his much-talked about kicking routine.

The 26-year-old Ospreys star gained some attention during the Rugby World Cup for his build-up to penalty kicks and conversions which are oddly reminiscent of the La Macarena dance.

Thus it has been re-dubbed 'La Biggarena':

But Biggar intends to make some alterations to his routine from now on.

"There was so much highlighting of it during the World Cup, so I've looked at it and tried to simplify it," he told The Sunday Mirror.

"It's a little more straightforward so maybe I won't take as much flak from people as before.

"It's still all about making myself comfortable on the ball. The main thing is that the kicks go over. That's the bottom line."
