Louisville Male Traditional High School had a night to remember on Friday as their basketball match against St. Xavier went down to the wire. 

With seconds left on the clock, it look as though Xavier had pushed it to overtime with a well-worked three pointer, but from out of nowhere, Male's Alex Cook produced a moment of brilliance. 

As the ball came back to him near half court, and as he was running back towards the line to avoid a violation, he turned on a dime and heaved one at the basket. 

Much to the delight of the home crowd, it went in.
