We all know about record-breaking dual stars Rena Buckley and Briege Corkery but now there’s a new kid on the same block, 18-year-old Hannah Looney.

The teenager played full games for Cork at the weekend in both the Irish Daily Star Camogie National League and the Lidl Ladies Football National League.

Looney played midfield in Cork's loss to Limerick in the camogie on Saturday and then made her first start for the Cork ladies in their big win over Galway in Tuam on Sunday.

"It was tough going to be honest", says Hannah, 'but I'd be used to it from colleges. You just have to recover well after the game".
