A few absentees will add extra intrigue to this game with Dortmund unable to call upon the services of German star Marco Reus while Benedikt Höwedes is also out action due to a fractured finger.
Meanwhile, Schalke will have to accommodate for the absence of their set-piece specialist Johannes Geis.
Tomorrow's clash will be the first time that both coaches Thomas Tuchel(Borussia Dortmund) and André Breitenreiter(Schalke) will experience the Revierderby and in terms of wins recorded, Schalke are marginally in front.
