But last night, one U16 match at the Coleraine Showgrounds was marred by violence.
The clash between Northern Ireland and Mexico descended into an ugly brawl which saw punches and kicks thrown.

The Belfast Telegraph report that the incident took place as Mexico prepared to take a corner kick.
