Last night MSNBC Nightly News, one of the US’s largest national television news programmes, ran a segment on the group of GPA representatives who had been undertaking rebuilding work in the Hurricane Sandy devastated area of Breezy Point, Queens.

The group had first visited the area while in New York for the All Star game in November and made their second trip to the area last week, during which they rebuilt the local basketball court and the Rockaway Fire Department building.
