Ulster captain Johann Muller has confirmed that he will retire at the end of the season.
The 34-year-old former South African international has admitted that he has had to accept that the time is right to step away from the game after a series of recent injury set-backs.
He said: "I still believe that I am playing well enough but I just feel from my body’s point of view that the time is right to step away."
Meanwhile, Muller has been named in the Ulster team for tomorrow's Pro-12 match against the Ospreys at Ravenhill.
Luke Marshall and Iain Henderson are both named on the bench after their release from the Ireland camp.
