Ulster coach Mark Anscombe has signed a one-year extension to his contract with the province.
The New Zealander will now remain at Ravenhill up until at least the summer 2015.
He joined Ulster in 2012.
They are currently 4th in the Rabo Pro-12 and have secured a home quarter-final in the Heineken cup against Saracens this April.
Speaking today, Anscombe said: "I said when I started at Ulster that I believed that this would be a three-year project. We are half way through that now."
Ulster Director of Rugby, David Humphreys added that Anscombe is the right man to deliver "immediate success" as well as helping to secure the long-term future of the province, through the development of future Ulster and Ireland players.
