UEFA is planning on getting tougher with the way it deals with stamping out racism in football. 

Under new proposals, a club would be forced to partially close the area of the ground where racial abuse has come from if it is their first offence. 

If it is their second offence, a match would have to be played behind closed doors. 

UEFA also wants players and officials found guilty of racial abuse to receive a minimum ban of 10 matches.
